You can buy them from Ebay for $25.00 "Buy it Now" priced. They carry the bags in many different colors and prints. Ebay has a lot of these packs from all different time periods for sale. Enter "USMC rucksack" into search and you will find quite a few.
I personally like the USMC bags site. They have the back and rucksacks as well as duffel,paratroop and more! They allow you pick your personal favorite from the camouflage patterns, then they will ship your bag to you in about 5 days.Prices around $45.00 for the Rucksack and $95 for the Tacksack(backpack).
