I was only able to come across one baby born mini world doll on Ebay and I also came across some cute clothes that will be perfect for any occassion.  Amazon has many different outfits for you to browse through and the possibilities are endless. If you would like anymore help, please let me know. The dolls themselves are rare so I would quickly grab the one listed, on Ebay.
