I am sorry about the lost, losing one's love can be quite difficult. I found a few books and website which help to aid during this difficult time. You did not indicate whether it was a breakup or actual loss of a loved one, so I made sure to include resources on both.
- Doug Manning - Don't Take My Grief Away ($10.19), is a great book that deals with on how to cope with losing a loved one. Many times people expect us to just get over it, however we have every right to that grief. "Gently, with warm, consoling, and practical guidance, Doug Manningaddresses the painful, often disorientation aftermath of the death of aloved one, helping the bereaved cope with the emotions and confront thedecisions that are an inevitable part of this time of radical lifeadjustment."
- Breaking Up is Hard to Do ($8.99), these are short stories about falling out of love, which helps us relate to how others have gone through the same issues, and gotten past them.
- After You Lose Someone You Love ($9.95), is a book written about how a family copes with the loss of a loved one.
