Honestly, the reviews are more negative then positive on these televisions. Comments that seem to repeat are "Emerson TVs cannot be repaired as Emerson does not sell repair parts" and "Kept turning itself off after 2 months." There are numerous reviews that state the picture quality is poor and there is fuzziness and blurred images.
If I were you I would stick with a Sanyo, Samsung or similar brands.
