Yes several in fact. Cheap is a relative term of course, and the power and functionality of netbooks can vary widely. In general the more expensive models are just"baby" laptops such as the HP 2133-KX870AT which comes with Windows Vista (note: Windows 7 will be out later this year). On the lower end of the spectrum you will find netbooks which are lower in power and come with Linux or Windows XP such as several of the models in the ASUS Eee PC line.
