All the Onion ammunitions can simply be bought (100 gil ea). Check the Seeq merchant near the gate crystal at Nalbina Town. As for all the other ammunitions - they mostly have one non-repeatable source from either the bazaar or as a hunt reward, and then a second repeatable source via chests in the Cerobi Steppe.
