If you're looking for just an adapter, even a simple one will work. I personally own one that looks exactly like the Sennheiser one below, and it works great for exactly what you're talking about. I've used it multiple times to play my guitar while others in my house were sleeping. Here are some options of adapters that I've found that can be purchased online. Most are pretty inexpensive.

This may sound silly but there very few things I think are super important in headsets.  So first and foremost comfort. I look for over stuffed padding as well adjustable to the ear which most are. Even better is when they are adjustable or already a little wider than normal so you can wear them for long periods of time. Lastly, noise cancelling which is very important in your case.  All that being said I am recommending the SRH840 Closed-back Headphones.
