You should check to ensure the coupon did not have an expiration date and has expired, or is fraudulent. If the coupon is indeed valid, then check that you printer is properly attached and configured. Most sites have a techincal support that can usually walk you through any general issues that may occur.

I'm not sure what site you tried to print a coupon from, but you will have to either check your printer settings or contact customer service from the online website with the coupon.
