About me
I am a Naturopathic Doctor, Certified Natural Health Professional, military wife, and mother of twins! Before my children were born I was a Certified Pilates Instructor.
Being a mother and military wife, I have learned a tremendous amount about bargain hunting and living on a budget.
I worked as a graphic designer and print shop manager before my passion for natural health came into play, so I am also very proficient with computers and design.
Currently, I stay at home with my children and work from my home office when I find a free moment. I love helping others and enjoy learning new things!
