jI want to be sure that LMV1314B can be hooked up over a range in a NYC apartment./ We have no vents or walls leading outside. Can it be connected to an outlet in kitchen through cabinet and just be used as a fan/vent as a regular range hood would work (in addition to microwave functions)

the shipping cost for my order went down with the more appliances I added to the shopping cart. Seems counter-intuitive that the more appliances I buy, the less the shipping cost. I just want to confirm that the $94.90 shipping total is correct?
