Welcome to IMshopping, where our focus is building online communities. IMshopping offers two services, IMshopping.com, the first human-assisted shopping site! The service is the digital equivalent of talking to a knowledgeable salesperson at a store. The goal of IMshopping.com is to answer the one question: Which product is right for me? IMshopping makes it easy to find products with the help of real people who know their stuff. Our second service is NimbleBuy.com, where customers can participate in deep discounts from major retailers with the power of Group Buys. Group Buys are limited time offers for a fixed quantity of a single product. The more buyers that participate in a Group Buy, the better the discount everyone gets. The goal of NimbleBuy.com is to give consumers the best deals possible on the products they want.

Our primary investor is SK Telecom, one of the largest mobile carriers in the world. They share our vision of building a ubiquitous assisted shopping network available to consumers through any medium or device: Twitter, Facebook and others coming soon!

Prashant founded IMshopping because he was frustrated that it was taking longer and longer to find the things that he wanted to buy online. There was just too much information to dig through. IMshopping was born to ease this frustration felt by millions of online shoppers.

Prashant is a serial entrepreneur who has built businesses from nothing into business with millions of customers and double digit revenues. He has more than 18 years of technology experience including 9 years in the e-commerce and online shopping space. Prior to IMshopping, Prashant was the co-founder of Andale, the largest 3rd party e-commerce service provider for small businesses. Under his leadership, Andale grew to have more than 1.5MM online sellers and generated millions of dollars in annual revenues. Prior to Andale, Prashant held leadership positions in Triquest Design Automation (now Mentor Graphics), Cirrus Logic and Texas Instruments.

Prashant has a Bachelors in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Masters in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Kevin has 18 years experience in both consumer-focused and B2B Internet businesses. He was formerly Vice President of Product Marketing at Navio, Inc., a rights-based commerce provider for digital content owners. In that role he was responsible for consumer and enterprise product strategy, positioning and also spearheaded the company’s social network gifting service gBox.com, including the establishment of distribution arrangements with Google, Tagged, Facebook and Friendster.

Prior to working at Navio, Kevin was Vice President of Marketing at Vendio (formerly AuctionWatch), a sales automation application service provider for eBay sellers.

Kevin has a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
