How often will you use your GPS system? This is something you should consider before choosing your system because if you don’t intend to use it except for during the family vacations, then you probably don’t need to spend a lot of money for one. Look for GPS systems for cars that can be stored away and plugged into the lighter socket when you need to use it. If you will be using one at least a couple of times a week, then it is probably worth it to spend more money on a better system.
