unfortunately, financing is only available for customers who live and work in the USA. we can do layaway, where you would send in a deposit of $400 and then the rest can be done in payments of $100 or more. you can pay via credit card or bank wire. ( however bank wires cost money, so it would not be cost effective to make more than one payment on a bank wire.) when the item is paid for , we send you the vest. whenever you are ready, let us know your wifes's height and weight so we can give the proper size. thank you, mimi, customer service
